Nursery Manager Application Process
Watcombe Children’s Centre Nursery is recruiting for an experienced Nursery
Manager for our Torquay based Nursery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an ‘Outstanding’ nursery with an
exceptional team. As a Nursery Manager you will be responsible for every aspect
of the Nursery’s success, but you will be heavily supported by strong
practitioners;
To be considered for this position you must have previous Nursery Management
experience and proven ability to lead a team and be able to maintain a
Nursery to Ofsted’s ‘Outstanding’ standards.
Applicants must have at least an NVQ level 3 in childcare or NNEB
qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years post qualification
experience gained in a similar setting; candidate must also have had the
Advanced Child Protection training.
EYPS, and or NVQ Level 4 in childcare would be desirable.
